I am drowning in my to-do list right now.

I may or may not have gotten caught up in the last 24 hours reading The Savior’s Champion by Jenna Moreci so I didn’t get very much of my list completed. I had deadlines for tonight set for myself but now I am going to have to extend those. It’s not a huge deal, I left myself with a sensible buffer just in case and I cancelled making a video for this Monday in order to ensure my focus is where it needs to be.

Essentially the next 13 days for me are going to be filled with hard work as I edge myself close to my big announcements. There is SO MUCH to do before I can share it all with everybody and I am determined that that announcement will be happening on the 13th of July. I am determined. Hopefully it will all work out, I will know within the next few days at least if I’m going to make my goals.

I need to buckle down and work.

It’s even worse because Camp NaNo starts tomorrow and that was supposed to be my starting date for another project, and instead I’m still trying to finish this one. Still, I am focused on making sure I get everything one. It might need be another blogless week while I do that, but it will be done.

Anybody else bogged down with their various projects? Times like this make me glad I don’t have a day job (though I do have a job interview on Wednesday so hopefully that will be changing soon), because I have extra time to focus on my writing.

I’m going to stay up most of tonight working and we will see how much I get done. I might have everything finished by tomorrow night, which would be ideal. Then I can focus on my DCBB (which would be nice since it my ‘just for fun’ writing project, after all), and make sure I have the first draft completed by August 3rd as is required.

Anyway, I am sorry for this horribly rambling blog. I need to vent and also I wanted to make sure I still got a blog posted tonight despite my worry about not getting my work finished.

Alright, back to work. I can’t wait to reveal what I have been working on in two weeks!
